• 26-06-2026Extension of e-Appointment service to applications for registration of Enduring Power of Attorney in High Court Registry
• 21-06-2026Arising from a system migration starting from the early hours of 18 June 2026, auto-acknowledgement replies were inadvertently sent out to numerous previous incoming emails addressing to cfaenquiries@hkcfa.hk. Upon detection of the situation, the Judiciary took immediate measures to check and rectify the situation in the late afternoon of 18 June 2026. The enquiry email account has since been functioning normally. There was no leakage of personal data. Neither is there any breach of IT security or privacy guidelines. We are reviewing the entire system migration procedure with a view to preventing a repeat of the same problem in future. The Judiciary apologises to all affected court users for the inconvenience and disruptions caused by the incident. For enquiries, please call the technical hotline at 2886 6474.
