Sufficient postage to ensure timely and successful delivery

Underpaid mail items which are subject to surcharge by Hongkong Post will generally not be accepted by the Judiciary. For effective and timely delivery of your mail items to the Judiciary, please ensure that sufficient postage is paid and the sender's address is indicated on the envelope before posting mail items. Any underpaid mail items not accepted by the Judiciary will be returned to the sender (if a return address is provided) or disposed of by Hongkong Post in accordance with their established procedures.
