Upon endorsement by the Court Users’ Committees, the targets for the Lands Tribunal are revised downward effective from 1 January 2014 (i.e. from 100 days to 90 days for appeal cases, compensation cases and building management cases; from 60 days to 50 days for tenancy cases).
