With effect from 2 November 2026, the advance booking period for appointments made via the e-Appointment System for attending the High Court Registry to submit applications for registration of Enduring Power of Attorney will be extended to 13 weeks.
Applicant who is unable to attend the appointment as scheduled or no longer requires the appointment should amend or cancel the appointment through the e-Appointment system as early as possible, and at least two hours in advance.
