Court Language Section provides certification service for the translation of documents/exhibits used in court proceedings in all levels of courts of the Hong Kong SAR.

With the full implementation of the revised arrangements from 1 October 2020, only certified true copies (instead of original) of source documents are accepted for the purpose of certification of translations, unless for exceptional circumstances.
